China IP got banned?

hmm weird... maybe its only china + japan blocked? cuz i remember tamachan/nobuaki or some other person talking about their friend in japan couldnt logon...... not 100% sure though..... seems like certain parts can connect? SEA?

What ever if they get banned or not they will still take a proxy to come in game so that's impossible to get this game safe from China.

this is what i heard china ip only can be play by using premium service. im not sure but is just something i heard from some china ko player friends. and some they said their ip r banned some said they only can log in if they got premium.
