    I have currently 2 tickets opened in 2 different accounts

    the first is now about 15 days without any new notice

    the other is about 5 days without any new notice

    i keep asking for news

    only thing I get is kind of auto reply bullshill

    Question is: am I the only one with this issue?

    ur not alone mate --i have same problem i even pmed korlash but he said they r having customer service maintenance so ye its been more than 3 weeks now tho lol go figure

    i am aware of being premium, but i mean, what if my premium ends (been weeks by now),

    i fear getting a retard auto message in order to buy premium to get support lol

    my premmy ran out and i still got support within a 3day span. try posting on the official forums aswell, they asked me for my cs number then they got on the case.

    I sent 1 November 2.... still havent heard anything. I Pm'ed aneia and she told me to be patient that their undergoing maintanence or wtf ever.

    the Support tickets program was not working for like 1 month so they are trying to catch up with old support tickets so just weight. this is what gamefirst told me when i needed help for somthing and im also weting for like 20 days lol.

    keep sending tickets till they response to you,thats what i do.

    same thing here send ticket. then no response for 2 weeks and then 7 mails in like 20 sec that they have some diffuclties etc. so no you are not alone
