Clan bug *sigh*

Well we finally did catheiros, bought our capes and symbol.
And ye, 2 days later, some bug striked us and we're left with nothing
It seems this is a well knows bug, but anyone knows how to avoid it?

havent it something to do witht the clan leader login into the game?
if yes, make ur cl a secondary or third character you can live without login alot

w/e happenes sometimes i think when dupe wipe comes but not sure. just do cathros again
