sold account to tupo and we tried to change pw for hours...with no success
btw 2 days it was just fine .

i got same error too..tried to change my pw but it says "pw reset failed" and when i tried to log in back via website it gives invalid pw error ...

use _ in the password someone told me, not taking credit for it ^_^

Changed pw wednesday-saturday (cant remember when), worked just fine. Is it a javascript error or does it come up as a new page? If it's not a new page you can try another browser/update browser.
