    Hello, some of you may already know ive been hacked.

    I made a ticket on another account with all my info, c&b secret questions emails and such a shit.
    but they could not help me, so i wonder is it worth / possible to try and contact a game master ingame?

    sad but true.


    Thinking of maybe get in touch with calimaesto or w/e hes name is.
    And where can i possibly get all gms name ?


    Thanks alot, tell me if theres anythin else i can do.

    A gm ingame will not help you at all.
    The only way is to make alot of tickets and hope they will help you.

    managed to delete the virus now LOL........

    but still, this guy got every single info i have.

    spoke with him on msn, and he wanted me to make a rogue and koxp warrior to 80 and then give it to me.

    he seem to be quite dumb tho, well anyway.

    my forgot password on account is still directed to the accounts hotmail so maybe he doesent have my secret question, do u guys know if you can call hotmail.com or any other support?

    hotmail offers 0 support. Go to official forums and ask Calimaestro for help. Also I suggest you use your ISP for email. They offer them free, and since you pay them money, they also support you.

    GM: Please submit a new ticket.

    5 days pass...

    Me: Hello, i pmed you 5 days ago about ticket nr xxxx they replied that i have to contact a GM for this issue.
    GM: Please submit a ticket to Customer Support where they can further assist you.
    Me: Wait, are you even reading what im typing?
    Failed connecting to private.

    Haha so true. I remember I had clanbug and was no longer leader from the clan but I was still in it.
    I went true all servers, finnaly found a gm to talk with. At the moment I started talking, we said 2 things
    and then gm went offline again and I still had the problem :angry:.

    But cause I knew their was atleast 1 GM online I tried to go past all servers again and found the same one
    but on a other server. Then "she" said o your following me around, i'll help you then, sorry I went away from the other
    server :lol:.

    GM answer : Thank you for contacting us please send a ticket to our service team and we will try to help you bla bla..Give all ur infos and what u got asked to..Gm wont help u for these kind of problems..They can only ban some koxpers if u tell em but nothing more :P ..
