    Let me put this in context for you, i sent a cs ticket about an account when it had about 21 days of premium left, i kept getting escalated and other bullshit responses but never fixing my problem. I won&#39;t buy premium until its fixed, but now i get this >.<

    I sent a CS ticket asking them to change my pw, they asked for more payment information(they told me my creditcard wasn&#39;t valid which doesn&#39;t make any sense since they&#39;ve never had problems taking my money for premium before), and the account registration date(considering i&#39;m sending it from my own account i don&#39;t see how adding that information in there proves/solves anything). This is the response that i recieved from CS after sending in my additional information

    Im just suprised they took the time to put a new message on their "copy & paste" referrence page for ther CSRs.

    What should they do... ? Everyone is spamming hundreds of CS-Ticket&#39;s per day ...
    Maybe they decieded to answer only GoldPremium Members ...
    And by the way... I had a priest on ares who was level 59 and i got goldpremium... but it was a new account so the billing history sucks... i wrote with another account which was level 63 on logos and had bronzepremium and got an answer to my problem...
