    I think 40% of the players got hacked at least 1 time...
    If u were hacked, did u send tickets for costumer support?
    If yes, did they help u?
    If yes again, how did they help u and what did u write in the ticket?
    I got hacked and i'm trying to get my items back.

    Friends items all disappeared after a freak dc, every single item down to quest uniques and pots, but all the money was still there so he didn't get hacked. We confirmed this to K2. The guy had Giga +7, shells 7, raptor 7 (two of them), warrior pendant, and a roster of other uniques. K2's compensation for fucking up their database was a care package with +7 strength accessories and +3 shells. I say it would be a miracle if you got your items back. Not being an asshole, just speaking the truth.
