Unfortunately, it was working for a short while on steam ko, that's why there are a bunch of rocs+2/3 right now

It must have been a VERY short time, I've tried several times to make rols normal knowing I wouldn't lose anything by trying.

I think it's more of the server has been out for a few months, and several roc/rol have dropped, but only certain baba's spent money on getting them to be top baba.
