Credit card problem or w/e

ok well sorry for this post because im noob in these buying premium things.

alright so heres the story i was looking for someone to buy me premium and i found out that my uncle could buy me premium and nt so i gave him some money to do it. today i log my account and click on cc i fill out my infos and it says decline and that cc is curently unavailable is it down for today or cc has been removed fully <_<

anyways thx for your help :S

i asked click and buy they said u cant pay more than 32$ to k2 per month , good for ppl that buy premium for more than 1 person (he pay me irl and i buy him premium , not free :P)
