    they copy past usualy the same answer over and over
    i could work like that to jusst copy and past all day

    Thank you for contacting Knight Online Customer Support. I apologize, but unfortunately I am unable to assist you with this issue. Please contact the GM's in-game for this type of support. In order to find out which GM's are on your Server, please log into the Knight Online Official Forums through the Official Knight Online website by selecting the Community option on the man page menu. Once on the main page of the forums, please select the Announcements & News topic and then look for "Updated GM List". In the GM list you will find the Character names of ALL the GMs and what servers they are in charge of. When the GM's are online, you can "/pm" them. Be advised that they get many PM's at a time, so you may have to wait briefly to speak to one directly. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Happy hunting and thank you for playing Knight Online!
