No trina doesnt give you 20 % better chance on all lvls . That would mean that for every 5 +7 items one would go 100 % to +8.
The % increased by trina decreases with lvl , to +9 or +10 trina is almost useless.

well i've heard that with reverse system all upgrades at any lvl reversed would have the same success rate. so by massing items with reverse sitem maybe u could get a +10 item but u'd need much more

i never tried making +10 and only tried to upgrade 1 bardish to +9 and it succeded when i was trying to broke it without trinas, because i was trying to upgrade one hb and one ii both to +8

dont know the chance of making +9 but that bardish succeded without trinas and dont think there is a big diference from making one +9 item without trina to make a +10 item with trina, so i think it is posible to make +10 items u just need to be lucky
