I sent in a ticket to CS and was amazed took 4 mins to respond, escalated to another department. Then 6 hours later i get this response.

How u suspose to find a GM, i tried many times to pm them, they never on when u see users getting banned. Only time i can pm them is during an event, but they dont respond, i guess too many pms.
