    I sent in a ticket to CS and was amazed took 4 mins to respond, escalated to another department. Then 6 hours later i get this response.

    Hail subby! Unfortunately, I am unable to assist you with this issue. Please contact the GM''s for in-game help and questions. When the GMs are online working, you can try to /pm them.     How u suspose to find a GM, i tried many times to pm them, they never on when u see users getting banned. Only time i can pm them is during an event, but they dont respond, i guess too many pms.
