    Doesn't really matter what's balanced at this point. As soon as I get my char geared and leveled whatever side I'm on is going to win. End of story.

    on JPKO they did it pretty well....

    you were able to transfer nation only when your side win 5 times war in raw and there were 4 wars in week ;o)
