Im totally looking for 1 or i can wait but dont wanna wait 1 or 2 years for the Cypher Ring to come back .

no it wont just wiat few years
some turkish site are selling them but i dunno if they longer apply since the new expansion.
aleenia said they will not be bring them back cause ppl were duping chars and also koxper will just lvl up accs sell them and ring them over to someone else.
