so is there a way to have a rogue with 2 personall daggers now? i don't actually know how this shit works, but if you can transferr personall weapons now could you somehow seperate the ring and the personal crap? im all wet when i think about 2 personal daggers +8 on 1 rogue mm

You can't put personal dagger/shield or quest item in INN HOTESS so I guess it's same with Cypher Ring, the item stay linked with the char in his inventory.
