Conclusion is, buying an account is never safe. Make sure you recieve all of the payment info so he does not know more than you. Trading with a trustworthy person is recommended ofcourse.

As far as I know they can find a way of getting back the account if they know enough information like secret questions, date of birth and such. So it's never 100% safe I agree with the people here you need to make sure you trust the seller otherwise I wouldn't risk it.

this is how i do it, if i buy a account then only w/o prem, and as fast as i have it i buy prem via click and buy, so i got the last payment infos only. and got one more then the trader had ....

if the account is the lvl you want it to be never buy prem unless it is necessary for you
to get into the server because if the account has no premium
there is no way that k2 will help them get account back

for k2 prem = semi help so they use that to get people to buy prem.

account trading is never 100% safe if you dont have a css / cypher ring as stated above
just trade with someone who you fully trust and is a known not someone who crated their account within the last 6 months (seems like many scammers registered in that time)

As said before the only 100% way to secure a char is using a cypher ring, there are hundreds of ways the old owners can hack chars back, from what i know nobody has ever came up with a way to stop it.
