Database has been hacked again

there is probably some security issue going on with Knight online, I don't think it's a DB hack though. Anyone who has hacked into the DB could easily just do a

"update userData set coins = 999999999999999 where userName = "MrMagic"

or

"update items set qty = 2 where itemId = "Shard +10" and userName = "MrMagic"

No need to go through other users data unless the person is pissed off at certain persons.

DB hackers did crazy things when they actually hacked it. They created items not stole them. there was a video showing some items from DB we have not seen before. Such as a shard with a lower AP

It could be that the DB a/c that got compromised has only read access. So he can't do updates/inserts. That is why probably safe to change passwd.

I just saw martikos on officials say he lost 80 GB in noah, 8 ACTUAL GB's, and 190 silver bars. Looking at the reports and what the mods are saying on officials it actually looks like internal corruptions now. Perhaps a disgruntled employee?

Wait to see what they do about this, if the restoration packages they give us suck, or if everything that was taken wasn't put back on accounts, I'd say we have another "No premium in May" event coming. Money is the only customer K2 listens to, and if they ignore the players, we have to hit their wallet or they won't give 2 shits.
