Yes, we were down again because of DDoS attacks. And no, I can't change the site until I address this problem since it's simply impossible to work on a website that is down frequently. I'm doing my best here, but work and family don't let me spend more time on this site. Soon I'll be enabling donations to see if we can afford DDoS protection.
