Nothing drops them now.

After the new patch you need to solo felankor and then it drops them.

there was a mob quest once from Lufer/EMC

but i think it's not working any more


and i have no idea where do ppl get such thing till now

I have an idea, they got em a long time ago and keep most +7 +6
How to get then? Save gold and buy then before people realize they aint coming back

you have to pay for def armors.

actually theres still one possibility of dropping now but its only from boss event.
some of the minor mobs spawned by gms may have chance of dropping it.
dont count on it though, and just start saving
