delvling from 80-69

just did it last night, 78 to 69.
can't have personal but i did the exp quests and 70+ skills

So you unlocked 70+ skills and could still join RLB after reskill and restat?
This means I could delevel from 83 > 78, restat and reskill and do BDW?

on topic not sure with unlocked skills but without unlocked skills no personal u can be 83 and dlvl to 69 and u can enter rlb with unlocked skills hmm 2 ppls said already it works ^^

Hmm..but at 78 BDW u could've done the personal quest already. Since the items 70 and 80 are the same.. it should work even with personal quest right?
