I fail to see how it has a benefit over two decent staffs. If you want it for its fire damage, which incidently is shit, 50 on a +7, then you wont be using it for its lightening ability, because you'll be paper, and your stun will be shit anyway. Therefore presuambly you will be ice, and ice works on the Glacier Damage, which again, at 50 is shit.

Therefore 2 good +8 staffs are far better than that, especially considering the bonuses are crappy too

[edit: its basically a staff for someone too lazy to switch between two staffs with different elements]
