I think they left NT open when dupes were known to have come from them, and I also believe they were disabled once they were linked with valkeryie, and they used the excuse of items being duped rather than from valkeryie armor being bugged because that way they wouldn't be looked at like money-hungry whores that they are.

Now thinking about it, I just realized 412 transfered to Orc.

But giga covered it, I doubt they disable NT on ALL SERVER just so Girakon cant transfer.
