just a fyi the bosses do drop non old uniques (got almost about everything but an IN and IB, non old that is).

and after war bosses are always up... just gotta kill the crystal

i actually like the new boss system

1) im lazy and i hated to keep a look out for bosses, now u can almost travel around bowl and see if the crystal spawned/being taken down (like if u just missed it spawn).
2) gives everyone a chance at items unlike only rogues since they have light feet.

I dont, however, like how u can lure them to town and kill them in towers

when i played ko humans always outnumbers orc... remember action on cz... 2 pt from legacy or jackpot vs all valeforbr ( sometimes they call others clan like BadFamily , the clan from Otimusprime - dont remember the name ) and when we realized it was 2 pt x 4 or 5 pt ... sometimes they got pwned hahahaha ... but must of time was us =/
