From my personnal experience i would i cant confirm that it works on eslant/cz boss but im pretty sure it works on at least attila. And ofc on mobs which are not bosses.

k2 probably tried to put some system in like that where if a lower lvl kills a higher lvl monster the drop rate is higher, but theres a 106.24% chance that its bugged and is all screwed up

when k2 did that u can't get coins from mobs if its 15+ lvls under yours.. so when i killed karikukaka with my main char i never got some thing, but when i killed it once with my noob char and he got coins, i got kekuri ring...[/b]
