no i find that inaccurate since i have recieved a double drop Wp, Ep from a lvl 62 char. On that same char i caught another wp and a pp from the next 2 i killed. Then roughly the next 50 nothing.

not sure bosses, but there is a HUGE duff when farming ancients for those enchant scrolls..

at lvl 52, i got like 50 + encahnts in 2-3 hrs of farming/exp

at lvl 57, i got like 2 enchants in 2 hrs.........

About attila... old KE times... human attilas have been droping giga axes back then... well on my 55-58lvl rogue I used to get pendant in every second box, later then when I leveled to 65 and started farming again... it was quite obvious that getting one pendant out of 10 kills is a bit weird...

same for farming DMs in eslant... party of 60's in rofd got some nice drops, later when we were 70 and tried to farm again... it was really hard to get one single drop...

so answers are two:

1) they patched it during that time
2) lvl factor really matters...
