Dont change your secret passwords!

I need someone with GM contacts, i cant get the payment info of the char for some reasons.. and they ask me for it to change my secret answer.. I just wanna change my sealing SA for one of the other 2 that i chose but i dont know if they will even let me do that w/o payment info.

Anyone can help me out? a GM would do this easy.. and i need to unseal my items like now

Guys to change the secret password CS told me:

You nede to give us the click and buy info blah blah u used to buy premium and/or the last 4 digits of the card used to buy premium.

That means that if i give them the last 4 digits of the card used they will help me? bcuz i dont have payment info
