Means ur lvl is to low to buy other things.
I am level 81 and i have 70 hours Platinum Premium left.
i have this too, i have 5 days of plat left :S

If you still have premium (different from what you want to buy), you cannot buy bronze over the few days you have left.
You must wait until premium is over and then purchase a different type of premium.
i have platinum 4 days left and i want platinum.. i onyl see bronze gift like in pic..
As I said it is bugged untill the prem runs out. Once it runs out you can buy prem again
