Reason for taking drops?

ive gotta wonder what is k2 or noah (whether it was taken out by ke patch or by k2's decision) thinking by taking out weapon defence armor drops and chitin shields...

really these items are essential for pk and without them (weapon defences atleast) your asking to get raped...

taking these out when ke is released makes no sense to me...
in ke people recieve more damage because there are higher lvls... better weapons and upgrading jewelry allowes for more dmg added on to that

what is the motivation for doing this? i really dont see what is the point of this

Good question - i remember the days when weapon defence was hardly used then it became really popular and in the KE patch it was removed from drop tables

They're in the other ko's just not usko more of a bug then an intentional patch.

and now dupers got +3 uniqes and they dont get any dmg.nowadays pk sux

Only drop shield with weaopns defense, maybe someday with patch 1.4xx

armors with weapons defense back.
CS is still droped but only from Isylion and on boss event. Hmm apropo BOSS event -> when was the last. That was long time ago and i dont remember when
