I need to know a few things. Any restrictions on using a cypher ring?


Can I buy it with a level 1, then give it to someone to seal char, have them trade me sealed char, and store it there?

Someone said you have to be 55 to buy or trade a CR Seal.

you cant even view PUS at level 1 I don't think....

I'm buying it from merchant on my merchant account, I don't wanna transfer money etc.

You need to 55+ to trade PUS items i believe, got a whole bunch of items stuck on secondary accounts.
