Well shell 7 and glowing hb are alot easier than these items +8. Hell you could be lvl 46, get a lucky hb drop from green chest, and it's not hard to get it to at least +6. The shells also can be dropped from green chests, and you get a full set of +1 when you reach lvl 60. I could definately believe shell 7 and hb 6/7 more than I can believe exc ms, shards, and md's +8.Maybe its legit but a little hard... Adonishit got full shell +7 and glow HB[/b]

Why do you think there are so many +9's that don't get wiped, because they aren't retarded and they don't dupe it more once it is to its desired power.
The things that get wiped are because the duper made a +8 then duped it 5 times, sold them all, got the coin, and didn't give a shit about them getting deleted.

You claim somebody was given a +8 item.
There are a few possibilities.
- The person that claimed was given it duped it
- The person that claimed was given it got it from a GM
- The person that claimed was given it lost his legitimacy by taking a knowingly mis-conceived item, because nobody that made it legitimately would ever give away something worth hundreds of dollars if he didn't know he could make more.
I rest my case.

Whoever took the item is no longer legit, don't try any BS like 'I took it to get it checked by GM' or 'I thought it might be real' or 'You would do the same thing'
