If you use Firefox and you don't like someone's sig, then simply get Firefox to block it.

Right click the e-penis sig, then pick "Block images from epenis.eu" and you won't see the image again (and therefore never help their epenis grow).

If you need to be more specific, you need an add-on called AdBlock, you can use this to bar a specific image rather than a whole domain (which is handy if someones sig pic is on imageshack for example)
