i think i have a bit of a problem lol,

I forgot the password of my mail address, my ko account is registered on that one.
i've sent a ticket, but since the answer will be sent to my emailaddress, that won't help much
is there anything i can do besides sending a ticket?

tryin to get my password back via hotmail itselfs, isnt an option to becus i didn't fill the secret Q/A seriously in.
it's really stupid, i know but if someone knows a different way please tell me.

You can still reset the email by the reset form. Theyll ask you for your ip, Email contacts and stuff like that.

Writeee to them all the info you have, payment, usage and written above, thats your best hope

to reset your hotmail password, they ask you for a list of your last emails sent and who it was sent to, also a list of all password you've ever had for that account

I already tried this 3 times, I have the paysafe card codes, everything you would generally need to get your email/account back, they never replied on my ticket.

So as I said before.. he's fucked, Customer Support on NttGame is shit.

Did you register the dummy email on a computer you still have access to? Appeal to the hot mail customer support using the accounts inactivity and same IP address as a bargaining chip for account reclaimation. Worth a shot either way.
