they r removed , we don't know why also with the guardians scrolls too , they weren't in the sundries b4 anyway maybe the files they copied not have them for now :\

blacksmith heppa quest doesn't make weapon or armor enchant scrolls that u get from old sundries. I've done all the quests including Armor Enchant quest (aka enchant str/hp/dex etc to ur noob full plate armor) and I've done the Weapon Enchant quest (aka elemental scroll quest put on ur noobie weapon)

He doesn't have anything about enchants. I done all the new quest and it only guides you through upgrading low class/middle class weapons/armors and adding elemental/bonuses to them.
