try logging in when its past 11pm in turkey.
which is 4pm EST time and 1pm PST time.

No, they can't make F2P the end because in their contract it says the game will never be P2P and if they break their contract then it's basically breaking the law which is obviously illegal.
That's exactly why they put the caps on the servers because if the servers are 80% full then you can't get in without premium.
They can't go against their contract :P
