Enemy Invaded !

i see this on my screen sometime when im in EMC caslte its say ' enemy invaded' but its not during WAR time, i kill some of them like 3-4time.. so how to go lufer as humain or emc as karus when its not war time? is that a quest? if so where and what is that quest?

well to me it seems to invade, go to Lunar Valley, run all the way to Keeper of Opposing Nation and click TP gate.

u cant enter into lunar if its not war time. and its never during the war when i saw this. so its not an invade like when we win war etc

This is a quest from (I think) Advisor Nez by the monument. Basically you get tp'd into opposing nation and have to run all the way to the castle and talk to an npc. You can die and lose NP tho.
