Eskrima in VS.

Is is fair to use eskrima in a vs?
I play a lvl 81 rogue and i swear i can beat prolly any lvl 83 rogue until they use eskrima on me then i get spike for like 15k.
So really is it fair to use eskrima in vs?

p.s for those of you that dont know what eskrima is. its a lvl 83 rogue skill removes 10% of your DD or Bow defense.

I honestly think eskrima is bugged.. even the noobest lvl 83 can hit me for 3k - 4k spike when i have eskrima on me

minor heal is server sided atm,you cannot bypass it. If it was possible i would have used it lol
