Suggestion 1:
Learn/brush up your language skills. Duoling is free and just came out of the Beta. I did the French module and I learned more in 3 weeks than in 2 months of actual french class.

Suggestion 2:
It only works if you have a Piano. These days you do not really need a teacher anymore. youtube will do. I can recommend this guy's tutorial, its very easy and the song is so amazingly beautiful. Suggestion 3:
Get into something you were always interested in. For me it was Whisky. I just started reading about, watched Rafly's videos (ralfystuff - YouTube) and bought a bottle. Now i have 5 and really enjoy it! Of course this works with everything. a hobby can be really everything! for example: fountain pens, history of medicine, chili plants, etc etc.

So dont say there is nothing you can do instead of "wasting" you time.

I wouldn't go Ares unless you know a bunch of people that still play it and if you don't mind turks at all. then without a doubt I'd go there. I don't know if you ever played that server. It's loads of fun. always was.
