(euko) level jump event

Hey guys I was hoping to get some answers on this event seeing as its back in action. I have exp prem and I checked with the NPC but she said I'm not qualified to participate in this event. Also I'm lvl 76 and it looked like the jump goes to 77, does anyone have a guide or walkthrough they can throw some tips my way on what's goin on and why I can't participate?

I tried but then I just read on the officials that SMS verification is blocked in the USA, so I may be shit out of luck. @seph it does look like it is back for those that qualify (unlike myself)

Can USA really not verify ? If so that's lame as hell I was just bout to start leveling a char when I got home ;( does anyone know a way around it

actually i remember this one: to use the jump lvl u have to be lvl 74 tops so start delvl to 74 and 99.99% (u may get 78 if the thing where u lvl before logging of still works)
not trolling u, im pretty sure ... but of course no guarantee

as for guide the only thing i remember is u needed 14 free spots in ur inventory (it was a lot im sure) but it would have given u a different message. The one u have is either for lvl issues, or the char was already jumped

Yea its too much of a gamble to delvl, plus I only have about 50% to go til 77 and that is the max u can jump to. My brother just hopped from 67 to 75 so USA users are able to do this event. I'll try to figure more out when I get home from work

Someone can tell me how this event works please? I read the news but I don't know where I can do it. (I know something with VIP manager Juliane but dunno who's her ^^)
