those are most likely items that are added by devs. IMO its entirely up to them what will be in pus.

for example look at usko pus, they have more scrolls then all other versions together.

Just because something is on that list doesn't mean that it will be actually added to the game. There are numerous items which technically exist but never actually appeared because MGAME decided to not make any way to obtain them.
