Cypher Ring Problem

SOOOO... after trying and searching everything i know how to do, i'm still unable to CR one of my chars. (CWEST USKO).

Of the 3 character I am trying to CR the character on the left side when logging in. So i made sure inventory is empty except for cleaver+1 in bottom right corner of inventory. no coins, no equipment, no magic bags, no clan. Then i place the character in Luf and log out.

I log into middle character, go to Luf, and try the CR. It fails multiple times. I know the seal code is correct cuz i tried to seal an item and it worked just fine. yes, there is an open slot in my inventory to accept the CR.

tried without the cleaver+1 to? u should be able to add 1 item but since cleaver+1 is crap u could try w/o

Try to leave the char you want to ring in maradon ?

and you dont need your old esn codes to seal anymore ? or was that when your buying CR ?

All u need is the seal/ unseal code but seems that there's a few ppl with the same problem might b bugs or something
