Bad points:

1) high class item become soul bound
2) Not enough money on server yet
3) Account sharing not bannable

Good points:

1) No cheaters (or if they found they ban very fast)
2) Good CS yet

no cheaters? ive seen A LOT of them actually, i hope as you say they are getting banned fast, and have you actually tryed CS?

for everything else id rate it 8/10, its so bad that high class are not tradeable, it messes up the market and the ability to be able to change skills as you cannot recicle your gear (like paper to int kind of thing). account sharing doesnt help the game either.
