[EUKO] Does Europa server block Turkish IP?

I am curious about this. I read that they blocked it when the server started, do they still block it?
I was in Europa other day and still turkish language is used. Do GM's ban if someone isn't speaking english?
Also, where can I find what items are available at PUS?

- It was blocked at first, but every turk was using proxy to get in anyway. its now open for all country's
- They dont ban people who talk turkish, but in all chat/shout u cant use letters like ý
- dont have a answer to that, afaik u can only see them in PUS itself. (99% of the items in pus are same as usko)

Should I go C-West instead? I am from Europe but I would like to play where there's less cheaters and more people who speak english... Since the USKO servers are in USA, will my ping be too high to have normal play?

I don't really reccomend USKO. Not saying EUKO is a garden paradise, but it outshines USKO in my opinion. USKO is dead lol and everyone has +9 crap... if you're really gunna baba those items, i still think EUKO would be better for you.

English clans are on both el morad and karus sides. I reccomend karus because there are more english clans; The biggest ones being SomethingSpecial and ForgottenAggression ( Both in an allience, aswell as some more clans that are english that i cant name. )

As for human english clan, i can only think of one and that's english, i forgot their name but i believe their 5th on human side, their insignia being a skull with crossbones... I don't know much about them, but all I know is that i've ran into the leader a couple of times and he's really nice.

So it's all your choice man. USKO is kinda dying, but maybe they changed something since i last joined.... EUKO isn't doing amazing, but its doing considerably better than USKO in my opinion.

There atleast same number of english players on human side euko. Both karus and human has clans that are top 5 total? Was that when i logged on last week.
