Say my IP adress was 81.100.100.10

And now it is 90.100.100.10 (Not my real IPs)

Why has mine gone from 81.---- to 90.------

Does that mean anything? Is my computer safe? I just tryed buying something and noticed it :/

If the 1st of the 4 numbers changed...
1. you changed your ISP
2. your ISP gets its own internet from some1 else
3. your ISP has a wide range of ip's

No your computer is safe - if it helps my ip goes from 81. to 212. Depends on which server you connect to when you connect id imagine

Call up your ISP and ask for a new IP address.

lol, to change your IP the simplest thing is to just unplug your modem and leave it off for ~30 minutes. That'll release the IP you're currently using and when you plug in your modem again you will get another one

holy, 88 is also the prefix for some israeli IP:s so it's not just country specific.
