Everyones Bronze premium?

Is the gold prem Disabled for bug in seal/unseal or something or why they disable silver also then ,whats wrong any 1 knows :S

was just about to get a rollback (they asked for all my payment info to change pass first, already done i was waiting), after sending several angry tickets, and now they switch back to the old cs ticket system, deleting all my old tickets GG
