Does the xp prem give a 200% bonus or is the exp 200%?
Like if im getting 10k exp per monster then i get exp prem am i gonna get 10k + 200% = 30k or 200% = 20k?

The % you can read on it's description are bonus. So the high levels get 220% of normal xp (120% bonus).

im pretty sure its of normal exp so like he said 400% at low lvls would be instead of 10k u get 40k. not 10k + 400%= 50k

I think he ment that he boagth 3.2k kc and then boagth exp prem so he had some kc left. Cuz no u don't get any kc from exp prem itself.
