yeah suprizingly they are pretty good about fixing that, i even got one a few days later without a CS ticket

It took them only 4 hours to reply...not bad at all(although she(catharene) said it was being forwarded to the relavent section for resolution.

Try going into PUS, open the history and double click on every item you ever bought. You might get a surprise.
