Whenever i get the failed to initialize apr error on one of my chars, instead of restarting pc I usually just choose a diff character on the account and login with it then relog with the char that was getting the error. But to stopping the apr error i have no clue how to do that :S

Did you listen to what that guy said before? go over your KO icon in your start bar, right click go to properties, then compatibility and then check the box that says run as administrator. When i had this problem this is what fixed.

    Hope it helps

It ususally helps to put ko folder
as an exception in your antivirus.
