Help with PayPal

I added my Visa Check Card to my PayPal account and I looked at my checking account statement and shows that they took $50.00 out of my account. So I removed my card form the account and didn't get the money back so I added it back on and then they take another $50.00 out of my checking. WTF is going on here....on my checking bank statement it says Visa authorization paypal or something and it shows the date 07/26/07 by both of the withdraws. Can anyone help/explain what is happening???

They should take some kind of fee when you add your credit card but nothing like that :huh:

just make a call to paypals customer support...
