I tried speaking with some of them and I got replies that

Funny thing was when I asked them weather the spoke to Devile or even knew him to ask they stopped answering my PM's.

It's so tacky too because the Symbol has been SS of an old Blood pic and used. I also beliave they have been trying to beg the user of 411's char to join the clan so they can gain legitimcay, the irony of course that clan has more ex-bloods than any other clan and one of the leaders too!!
